I have a true passion for the mission based nonprofit sector and the vital services they provide to our communities and our neighbors. Having served in the nonprofit arena for several decades, I am dedicated to continuing to do my part to keep the sector strong. I am especially passionate about assisting those leaders who want to grow and strengthen their skills. ​My primary areas of expertise are operational and functional restructuring, nonprofit lifecycle capacity, leadership coaching, creating action plans, and interim CEO work. ​I am also passionate about working with women of all ages who have a desire to change. As a certified coach, nothing thrills me more to see women have an "aha moment", discovering their own truth and ditching the "shoulds".
