Beth has much passion around the success of new leaders in the nonprofit sector. As a certified coach, Beth is experienced in working with individuals who are new to the CEO/Executive Director role. Coaching provides a supportive relationship for professional growth, assisting new leaders in developing both the skills and confidence to move their organization forward. Beth recently left the role of a CEO and has a fresh, current, perspective of what the new leader is facing. Beth also works with the exiting CEO or founder, assisting them and often their board, to look attheir role as they exit the organization.
