Beth, often in partnership with Joan Hubele Consulting and Accounting, will work with you to address crisis situations or growth decision making. This could take the form of a deep dive into the alignment of the organizations financial structure with its mission and programming. This analysis is especially important during pre-merger decision making, crisis of an abrupt departure of a key leadership position such as the CEO or CFO, rapid growth, or funding loss.
Beth also conducts C-suite searches for nonprofit organizations - from job description development to the job offer.
NONPROFIT LEADERSHIP COACHING
Beth has much passion around the success of new leaders in the nonprofit sector. As a certified coach, Beth is experienced in working with individuals who are new to the CEO/Executive Director role. Coaching provides a supportive relationship for professional growth, assisting new leaders in developing both the skills and confidence to move their organization forward. Beth recently left the role of a CEO and has a fresh, current, perspective of what the new leader is facing. Beth also works with the exiting CEO or founder, assisting them and often their board, to look attheir role as they exit the organization.
INTERIM CEO
Beth can quickly step into the role of Interim, leading the organization through change management, crisis response, problem-solving, and setting up the incoming CEO for success. Beth is a certified Interim CEO through The Third Sector Company.
