CONSULTANT AND COACH
Beth Morrison
Beth has 40 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having just left the CEO seat with over 25 years as a CEO. Beth has led organizations, large and small, and is recognized as an accomplished turnaround specialist, with vast experience in operational and functional restructuring.
In short, Beth has been in the thick of it – merger successes, clean up from merger failure, rightsizing, leading through difficult culture shift, hands on leadership during the pandemic, building new buildings and new teams.
If your organization is going through a leadership transition, needs to make tough decisions, needs a deep dive forensic analysis, or functional restructuring, Beth will be a positive addition to your team. Beth’s purpose in her nonprofit consulting work is to enhance the value of the organization she is assisting, working to support struggling or growing organizations to strengthen and better serve their mission.

"I engaged Beth as my coach at a point when I had lost the spark; frankly, I was bored with what I was doing. She helped me re-focus on the opportunities. It’s made a huge difference on where I am today."
BARBARA M.
nonprofit executive
"Beth literally and figuratively brought an agency together. She helped to heal old workplace culture wounds present from previous decades of many mergers and scattered worksites. By listening, restructuring and ultimately seeing through a successful capital campaign for a single, people-centered building, she set the agency up for success for years to come."
SCOTT
board chair
Beth worked with our organization to lead a CEO Search. She was highly competent and professional, as well as calm and inclusive, throughout the process. . She was effective in corralling strong personalities throughout, allowing all to be heard, and leading us to consensus. Though I certainly hope this organization will not have to go through another search process in the near future, I would (and already have) highly recommend Beth for a search or any other mentoring/consulting issue or need.
